2025 Registration Information

Louisville ’25

  • Registration opens April 15, 2025.
  • The registration fee to attend the full conference is $365.
  • The registration fee to attend only one day (Friday or Saturday) is $250.
  • Pre-conference workshop, How-to Gen Ed Reform Workshop, fee is $85/person. Institutional discounts will be applied at checkout.
  • After September 15, the onsite full conference fee is $395 and onsite single day fee is $275.
  • Registration includes 2025-26 individual membership in AGLS.
  • Memberships paid for with the conference will have a term of September 2025 through August 2026.
  • Prior to September 15, a full conference registration includes lunch on Friday and Saturday, and meeting resources.
  • Prior to September 15, a single day conference registration includes lunch one day and meeting resources.
  • Registrations received after September 15 or onsite will not include lunch on neither Friday nor Saturday.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available if requested in writing prior to September 10.

After September 10, requests will be considered on a case by case basis — primarily based on date of request. Partial refunds might be approved.

Meetings Fun Fact:  after the registration cut off date, associations are required to provide guarantee counts for food and other ‘consumable’ resources.  We are obligated to pay for meals, etc. if you attend or not.  Hence, refunds may not be approved after the cut off date.  Thank you for your understanding of this fiscal reality.
